Money transactions are
The money can be received
almost immediately its
sent, much to the convenience
of our valued customers.
Receiving
Money
The
procedure for receiving
transactions sent to you
is straight forward:

Walk in to one of our
international Express
Money agents.
-
In your possession you
should have a pin number
provided to you by the
sender and a valid
identification document.
This could be either:
- An
Original Identification
Card (ID).
-
A Valid and Original
Passport.
-
A Valid and Original
Driver’s License.
- Fill
in the Xpress
Money Receive Now
form and hand it over
to the teller.

Money
International
Agents
The Xpress
Money worldwide Network
includes UAE,
Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan,
Jordan, Egypt and Sudan
amongst others.
Though each
agent has its own compliance
policies for Xpress Money
transactions, the rudimentary
procedures for sending
to Kenya from these
agents are as follows:

Walk in to one of our
international Express
Money agents
- Fill
in the Xpress
Money Send Now specifying
which branch you want
the beneficiary to receive
the money from. Note
that we have three branches
in Kenya viz: Nairobi,
Eastleigh and Mombasa.
Remember to include
the beneficiary's identification
details such as the
ID /Driving Licence
Number
- Make
your payments in the
currency that the agent
prefers and await the
PIN number slip.
- Communicate
the location of receipt
and the PIN number given
to you to the beneficiary.
Remember to advice the
beneficiary to take
his/her valid identification
documents to the branch.

charges from our officers.
- Fill

Money Send Now form
including the beneficiary's
identification details.
- Make
your payments in Kshs.
and await the PIN number
slip.
- The
money sent will have
arrived by the time
you get your PIN number.
